Marilene Novelli Siragna

Marilene Novelli Siragna has fourteen years’ experience in corporate law. She has rendered advisory services in commercial transactions and lead strategic litigation for international companies as well as having conducted arbitral proceedings. Marilene is also active in environmental and IP regulatory areas, providing legal advice and conducting due diligence in mergers and acquisitions as well as consulting on administrative law. Previously, she conducted judicial recovery proceedings for large Brazilian companies. Marilene has lectured on civil law and civil litigation law. She is currently enrolled in a master’s degree in international law at USP. Marilene also holds a postgraduate degree in international law from EPD (Escola Paulista de Dirieto) as well as a degree in English language and literature from PUC-SP (Catholic University of São Paulo). She is fluent in English and Italian.
