Patrícia Perinazzo C. Medeiros

Patrícia Perinazzo C. Medeiros is corporate attorney with more than twelve years’ professional experience in legal consulting for both domestic and multinational companies. Her focus is on contract law involving complex business transactions, real estate operations, intellectual property, digital law, and data protection. A graduate of law from the Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas (FMU/SP), Patricia also holds a master’s degree in Contract Law from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC/SP). Additionally, Patricia has studied Real Estate Law at the Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas (FMU/SP), Digital Law at the Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV/SP), General Data Protection Regulation – at Alliuris/Lyon, Data Protection at Insper/SP, and Compliance at Insper/SP. Patricia has worked at the airline company, Gol Linhas Aéreas, and at the M&A advisory firm, OPP Brazil. She is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Chapter, and of the Brazilian Intellectual Property Association – ABPI. She is a native Portuguese speaker, fluent in English, and has basic knowledge in French and Spanish.
