Tais Helena Bacellar

Tais Helena Bacellar holds a MBA in Strategic and Economic Management from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV/EAESP) and is an associate of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA), based in Chicago and Los Angeles. She s also a member of the Committee on the Administration of largest law firms in Brazil. Tais also holds a Bachelor of Law from Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas (FMU). In her professional experience, she was the first Head Officer of the Bradesco Bank Group of Managers, appointed by the Board to lead the implementation of the Corporate platform, which she was responsible for up to 10 years, handling with big corporations as well as various transactions and complex asset management for the expansion of their activities. She also worked in the Legal Department of the Brokers Regional Council (CRECI) where she was a member of the bids committee, having organised many special bidding processes at request was in charge of an important project for updating the Legislation of CROFECI-CRECI before joining PNST in 2001 as its Administrative and Financial Director. Her native language is Portuguese and she is also fluent in English.
