Parvis Papoli Barawati

Parvis Papoli-Barawati has been advising German and Brazilian companies on the legal planning, implementation and contracting of their respective trade and investment projects in Germany and Brazil for over 20 years. After ten years as a partner of a prestigious Berlin law firm and six years of consulting in two renowned commercial law firms in São Paulo, he founded in 2004 his own law firm in Osnabrück, specializing in German-Brazilian commercial law. In addition to his legal expertise, lawyer Papoli-Barawati also has the expertise to take into account intercultural aspects in negotiations between German and Brazilian parties and to demonstrate viable solutions, optimized in the respective mother language. Parvis Papoli-Barawati is a long-standing member of the board of the German-Brazilian Legal Association (Deutsch-Brasilianische Juristenvereinigung – DBJV) and foreign representative for the Federal Association of SMEs (Bundesverband mittelständische Wirtschaft – BVMW).
