Any company or investment fund that has participation by non-resident investors in Brazil on 12/31/21 and, simultaneously, has a net worth equal to or greater than R$557,990,000.00 on 12/31/21 (five hundred and fifty-seven million reais; equivalent to US$100 million), must file the Annual Census Statement.
