This is to advise you that in accordance with the Brazilian corporate law, an annual partners meeting shall be held during the four months subsequent of the fiscal year´s end with the following main purposes: (i) approval of the management accounts; (ii) discussion and approval of the balance sheet and the financial statement; and (iii) designation of the members of the management board, if necessary.
For companies which have fiscal year beginning on January 1st and ending on December 31st, the deadline for such meeting will be April, 30, 2015. The scope of this meeting is the deliberation of the partners of the acts carried out by the administrator in the last fiscal year, with the consequent release of administrator´s liabilities.
